Flight

Who’s ready to fly? Flight classes are specialized training sessions designed to develop athletes who are flyers. These classes focus on the technique, body control, and confidence needed to execute skills above the ground safely. Athletes work on balance, flexibility, and core strength, which are essential for holding positions like liberties, scales, and heel stretches. Emphasis is placed on proper body lines, tightness, and posture, since even small form breaks can affect the stability of a stunt. Flyers also learn how to control their weight distribution and make quick adjustments while in the air. Flight classes include drills on the ground and in the air, such as balance boards and partner stunts.

All classes are 1 hour, $95 monthly and require a $35 yearly registration fee, auto-pay enrollment, and a 30-day written dropout notice.
