OC Elite offers Competitive Pom teams for ages 5-16, and exhibition Pom for ages 3-4.
Pom Clinics will start May 2024. Limited space available.
What is Pom? Pom is a style of dance in which the dancers use poms throughout the routine. It incorporates the use of proper pom motion technique that is sharp, clean and precise while incorporating other dance styles including jazz and hip hop. Students will learn leaps, turns and pom technique; pom is a type of dance style that does not include cheerleading stunts or tumbling.
Pom
Exhibition team – (Exhibition only, no competitions) Ages 3-5 – Combo class – 1/2 Pom, 1/2 Tumbling. This is a class that does not require a team contract. Athletes may enter any time during the season; month to month commitment. Athletes will have the opportunity to perform in 2 showcases (Dec + April). Cost is $75 per month.
6U Elite (Elite Comp team) – Ages 5-6
July 2024 – May 2025 – 4-5 competitions + 2 Showcases (packet coming soon)
8U Elite (Elite Comp team) – Ages 7-8
July 2024 – May 2025 – 4-5 competitions + 2 Showcases (packet coming soon)
10U Elite (Elite Comp team) – Ages 9-10
July 2024 – May 2025 – 4-5 competitions + 2 Showcases (packet coming soon)
16U Elite (Elite Comp team) – Ages 11-16-
July 2024 – May 2025 – 4-5 competitions + 2 Showcases (packet coming soon)
